As vegetarians and vegans, we loved that Villa Il Mosaico offered a range of delicious plant-based options for breakfast and dinner.

Its location was decent, 3 km from an open - air market. The staff were really polite.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming villa near the city center. The apartment was beautifully furnished and the four-poster bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved having a private terrace to relax on and the fully equipped kitchenette made me feel right at home. The rustic building added to the overall charm of the place.

While the loft apartment didn't have air conditioning as advertised, leaving the windows open led to a mosquito problem. I also noticed that two of the photos on the website were incorrect.

We loved the stay here, quite comfortable experience. It had a peaceful and decent setting just next door to Florence, and the center.

The staff were very kind, I felt welcome here. The location was marvellous and charming near to tram station.

I stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of the city centre, conveniently located near the tram station. The location was great as it made it easy to explore the main tourist attractions in the city. There was also a fantastic supermarket nearby where I could stock up on supplies. The room itself was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The parking situation was quite challenging, as there was virtually no space available on the street. It was difficult to drop off luggage and the off-site parking wasn't very convenient either.

Our family had an excellent stay for three nights at this beautiful apartment near to a real genuine experience of Florence away from tourists as well as MAIN ATTRACTIONS AND SHOPPING. We liked how amazingly kind and outstandingly accommodating the staff was. Bright room with kitchenette where the sofabed was was much appreciated. The entire interior decor was nice...

The owners were really friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. They may not speak perfect English, but they still managed to assist us when needed. the apartment we stayed in was tastefully decorated and had a cozy, rustic charm. It felt like a home away from home.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. we had some communication problems due to the owners' limited English skills.

our honeymoon stay at this charming villa was absolutely perfect. the comfortable room had a balcony with a beautiful view and the location was convenient, just a short walk or bus ride to the city center. we were impressed by the villa's architecture and design, and the equipped kitchen was a bonus. we will definitely be returning.

We had a great Easter vacation at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a grocery store nearby. We also enjoyed having a kitchenette in our room, which allowed us to prepare some meals. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing us with information about the area.

We did experience some issues during our stay. The WiFi connection was unreliable and often didn't work, which was frustrating.

The flat itself had a beautiful villa style and was well-equipped with air conditioning and everything needed for cooking. Despite being on the upper floor in summer, it stayed a comfortable temperature. The bathroom was charming and there was even a lovely outdoor area to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Additionally, the contactless check-in was a convenient feature. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return in the future!
